February 5, 2013We were thrilled have a wonderful recommendation come to us from the owners of Sticks Kebob Shop. We worked with them during the months leading up to and then following the grand opening of their newest location.
Howell kicked off the Stick Kebob relationship with a Creative Concept phase, where we formulated their strategic marketing position and messaging. Defining the key points of communication, graphic and visual elements; the results of Creative Concepting drove the Integrated Marketing Plan and tactics within it.
It was a great working relationship and we're pleased the marketing consultation and planning proved successful -- sales at one month post launch reached 112% of goal.

Howell Creative Group Honored for VIMS Marketing Collateral
January 24, 2013Howell Creative Group won an American Graphic Design Award for marketing collateral they developed for the Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS). The competition, which is open to professionals in the graphic arts community, receives thousands of entries annually.
“Among its many projects, VIMS’ work in marine research and education is key to the better understanding of our estuarine environment and its relationship to the world’s climate,” says Kathy Howell, President and Creative Director of Howell Creative Group, “and it’s an honor to work with them. Winning this award for VIMS means a great deal to us.”

Howell Creative Group, 19 Years of Donating Gifts
December 13, 2012On behalf of their clients and suppliers, Howell Creative Group will send dozens of soft, cuddly bumblebees to disadvantaged area children this holiday season. This marks the 19th year that stuffed toys from the Howell team will find their way to loving homes, with the help of Salvation Army Santas. “This is always a big event for us,” says Howell Creative Group President and Creative Director Kathy Howell. “The way we see it, happiness is helping to brighten a child’s holiday.”
