Howell participated in the United Way of Greater Williamsburg's "Live United" photoshoot on Wednesday June 29th. The United Way invited local businesses and members of the community to join them in a unique, fun way to promote "Living United." We fluffed out hair, gave our biggest smiles, and posed for the camera to show our support. Thanks Jodi for capturing these United Way dedicated moments!Kathy Delivers Re-branding Presentation
May 10, 2011
Howell Creative Group's President & Creative Director, Kathy Howell recently spoke to a group of 50 active and retired business people at the Williamsburg Rotary Club by invitation of local business owner, Bob Tubbs.
Kathy's topic was "Brand Makeovers". After starting with some "Brand Basics", she shared several successful case studies from Howell clients including SDV Solutions, Raptor Research Foundation, Energy Services Group and New Town. Each study included a results report designed to illustrate that well-thought-out and executed brand messaging truly is a key to setting businesses apart from their competition.
To reinforce the power of branding, Kathy topped off the evening with an interactive "sketch-a-brand" game where companies are matched with components of their logos. Club members were fierce competitors and the top three players won a mini "Etch-a-Sketch" of their very own.
